Visa is the largest global payments network in the world, and the trusted engine of global commerce. We bring together the power of people, partnerships and one of the most dynamic, open networks in the industry.

Visa is a technology company, and technology underpins everything we do. And we are looking for technical talent.

We are recruiting Singaporeans for the Visa Technology Traineeship Program, a 12-month work-based learning and development program. The program brings the benefits of Visa’s expertise and ubiquity in payment and payment network technology to individuals seeking to develop their skills and expertise in this area.

Featuring classroom and on-the-job training, you will gain a solid understanding of the payment industry, across traditional, eCommerce and FinTech players.

You will need to complete a bridging course as part of program pre-requisites. It should take about 2 to 4 weeks and industry recognized badges will be awarded upon completion. The online courses are free of charge.

You will have the opportunity to train in various Tech roles. As this traineeship requires full-time commitment for 12 months, our trainees will receive a training allowance of SGD 3,500 – SGD 4,000 per month (depending on your total work experience) in addition to CPF contributions and other employee benefits.

Applications are closed. Thank you for your interest. We will open applications for the 2024 cohort in late 2023.
